Local house clearance in Renfrew
We carry out a large number of household and commercial clearances in the Renfrewshire area. Most jobs come from one of four places: a bereavement, a move of someone's relative into care, the end of a tenancy, or families with years of clutter to clear and no time to do it. Whatever the reason, the process is the same. Tell us what needs to go, we price the job, and our crew does the all the hard work. Customer reviews describe their experience as efficient and professional, which is exactly what a house clearance should be.

What our Renfrew house clearance service includes
A full house clearance means the property is entirely emptied of household waste and belongings, room by room, including cupboards, wardrobes and the loft. We sort as we load so that re-usable furniture goes to local charities and the rest is separated for recycling. This methodical approach ensures as little as possible goes to landfill.
Bereavement clearances and executor
Clearing properties after a bereavement is the kind of job we do often and we do it sensitively & respectfully. We take instructions from the executor or family members, and we work with solicitors and estate agents across Renfrewshire. We'll ensure that what might be a difficult process is as simple and straight forward as possible.
Licensed, insured and properly disposed of
Jettison is a SEPA registered upper tier waste carrier and we are fully licensed and insured. Waste is separated and sorted at our own depot rather than tipped. We ensure any good quality furniture and household items are donated where possible and other items such as metals, wood and electricals are recycled. This means as little as possible goes to landfill. Each clearance comes with a waste transfer note, so you have proof that your unwanted waste was disposed of legally and responsibly.
