Managing Director
Ross has almost 2 decades of experience in the waste management industry. He likes nothing more than being presented with a 'head-scratcher' kind of project and so far there's been very little that he hasn't been able to come up with a solution for. In his spare time Ross plays the bagpipes which has taken him all over the world.
Tracey McCallum
Director
Tracey has worked with Ross for over 10 years and refers to herself as his Wing-Man, ensuring that all the project details are covered & clients are kept up to speed with progress. In her spare time, Tracey loves cooking, gardening, horse-riding, travel and also writes for Westender Magazine.
Louise Wilson
Business Development Manager
Louise has worked on clearances and relocations for almost 20 years and there's not much she hasn't moved or cleared having moved thousands of people! An avid St. Mirren fan she has followed the team all over Scotland and abroad for 34 years. Louise is a Mum to 6 year old twins and Dog Mum to Fitzy the miniature schnauzer. She loves singing loudly in the car with or without passengers and when she gets 5 minutes loves to read, sew and spend time with family and friends laughing over a glass of something cold!
Joanna Leitch
Accounts & Office Manager
A qualified SLA (Scottish Legal Accountant), Joanna deals with all the company finance and accounts. She also makes sure the office runs smoothly and that clients have everything they need from invoices and waste transfer notes to new supplier applications. In her spare time, Joanna is a mum of 2 and busy running a local youth club as well as the annual Carmunnock Gala.
