Newton Rigg College Penrith

This is one of the largest clearances any of us at Jettison have ever tackled.  The clearance involved emptying the entire campus of the former Newton Rigg Agricultural College in Penrith. The site was vast and geographically challenging. Once on-site, the clearance took just over 6 weeks. The buildings we cleared included the main college building, agricultural, engineering, equine, sports, catering and canteen, 8 accommodation blocks, admin and offices, lecture halls, hairdressing and beauty salons, student union and bar and extensive horticultural spaces. Including all our own resources we brought in some heavy plant to assist with the clearance, successfully removing over 150 tonnes of waste from the campus.
