House Clearance

A large proportion of our week consists of clearing residential properties. We do this mainly on behalf of letting agents, estate agents & private landlords who’s tenants have come to the end of their tenancy or moved on without notice, leaving a pile of stuff for someone else to deal with. This situation is way more common that you might imagine. We also work on behalf of solicitors for executor clearances before a property is put on the market. Any items from these properties that are in good condition are donated to local charities to ensure that they’re given a second life and anything else is sorted for recycling. We carry out these clearances throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh and the central belt of Scotland.
