Industrial Unit Clearance Lanarkshire

We have recently been involved in a large scale clearance of an Industrial Estate just outside Glasgow.

We were tasked with clearing a number of large industrial/commercial units within one particular estate.

This unit didn't look to contain much as can often be the case with larger units. This unit extended to 6500 ft sq.

We removed a large quantity of rubbish, peripheral welding benches, large quantities of used oil as well as lots of furniture from within the 4 offices (not pictured). To the rear of this unit was a large (and extremely well put together) mezzanine floor which had been used for storing many years worth of accumulated junk.

The mezzanine was removed and disposed of as well as all the junk from the staff room and unused toilet blocks. This unit took just over 4 days to complete which ran in tandem with the clearance of the other units and yard.
