Shop Unit Clearance Manchester

August 25, 2020

As part of an ongoing project, we have just completed the clearance of another large retail unit in Manchester.

The images above show the kitchen area of the unit. We were tasked with removing anything which was movable. The clients wanted the store taken back to the bare walls ahead of the unit being returned to the Landlord. We removed a huge quantity of material from the store from tables and chairs, to shelving and racking. We were the first stage in the dilapidation process. We removed all promotional material and also assisted with the removal of stock.

We drafted in a few trades alongside us to move the project along safely and swiftly. There was a large quantity of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) including fridges, chest freezers, coffee machines, urns, ice cream machines, computers and printers. These were all removed in line with the Waste Electrical Directive and audited ensuring complete compliance for our client.

This is a fairly typical clearance for us. Once the stock has been removed from a premises that is closing, we come in and take care of the rest. We remove anything from site including furniture, debris, promotional material, WEEE and the inevitable piles of rubbish shored offices and in cupboards. As we provide all the labour, disposal and parking dispensation we are a one stop solution for either tenants vacating a premises or landlords left with premises full of junk left behind by tenants.

Get in touch if you want to discuss clearing junk from any commercial premises across the UK, we'd love to hear from you!
